Rekindling Interest?

If you were having kind of a casual online type relationship with someone and sense they are losing interest is there anything you can do to rekindle their interest? I know giving them space is a big one. But what kinds of things could I do or say to get the guy to reignite interest. Any ideas?

My hosting provider offers Weebly, but with Weebly, do I need a hosting provider?

I run a website for my wife's harp profession...used to use FrontPage back in the day. Now I am looking for something simple. My IPOWER host offers a drag and drop design with Weebly. But when I go to the Weebly website, it appears that they provide the space for free. My ultimate question is: What benefit is there to me keeping my host provider at a monthly cost if Weebly is free (and I end up using Weebly either way)? There must be features/benefits I am not thinking of if my current provider is offering their services. Thanks for the help.
