Why didnt everyone go screaming "CHRISTIANS ARE TERRORISTS" during the Bosnian War?

the war in Iraq was planned to take place after 9/11 happened....it was part of the governments master plan....a terrorist attack in the US gave them reason to move into that territory....it's all a set up
