GoPed Question help please?

I just bought a new Walbro WT-257 Carburetor and i noticed it does not have a return line or primer bubble. could i put a primer bubble on it because my top piece and bubble from my old carb fit perfectly on it. i was just wondering if this would work or am i just going to have to hook my gas line up and plug my return line? Any info helps.
