Bad teacher please help?

ok here is whats going on, this teacher i wont say their name but the thingis that a specific book i lost but at few days ago it was in the library thing. i told them and well this teacher said i took volume five out instead of 1which i remember taking. she laughs at me and says i took out the 5th one and no matter what she still treats me like ****. i tried talking to the librarians and i had witnesses to me etting the first book. i remember cause it was not on the shelf but book five was andshe said it was a different bar code and now the fifth book is missing....if i do not "find" the book then i am forced to pay 10 dollars. i tried reasoning with her but she laughs at me...please help me
