How can I settle down and relax? I'm still upset over what happened today?

Well if your parents dont live together move in with your dad. Its what i did. Though my mum wasnt the problem i just got into to many physical fights with my brother so chose to move out. Now ive never been closer to my brother so it will work for your mum most likely. Even if your parents do live together tell your mum youre moving out and stay at a friends place for a few days. Call her and tell her why you moved out and she will stop.
