I feel as if im dreaming everything and everything to me is ficticous !! what is this ??

In august 2005,I flew to africa and my flight was delayed a long time. I was hanging around that airport for hours, when i arrived in africa it was morning !! I sat on my bus to the hotel and as i was looking out the window (sheerly-exhausted), i fell into this dream like thing, my hands feel forgein to me even i do !! i do not know the difference between my dream sleep and dreaming whilst awake !!! what is this ???? and why do ui have it 3 years ??? write back any1 thank you !!!
