I got a video deleted cause of copyright infringement, but the owner doesn't own it? What should I do?

If all she was doing was reporting a copyright violation, the site can take it down (in fact, has to take it down) in order to avoid their own liability for infringement. She doesn't have to be the copyright holder to point out a violation.
