I hd m/c exactly one month ago..i'm still waiting for my period.. ?

now after 4 weeks i'm having tender abd sore and mild cramping at lower abdominal (comes and goes).. i'm juz thinking am i preggo again? how to confirm it.. this whole thing waiting for my cycle to come back is really tiring..
