I want to burn movies from bearshare. if i download movie to harddrive what do i?

do from there (in english please) as im no too computer literate. do i need to shrink, decode, decrypt? or is it download, open nero, copy/paste to nero, burn. or is that to easy? please step by step as clear and detailed as possible. thank you for the help.
