Im 13, and Im afraid I may have a hemroid. Im scared and embarrased to mention it though. What do I do?

Im definitely not sure if it is, but Ive always been paranoid of this stuff...Ive had stomach problems all my life and they said it was Acid Reflux...But lately Ive been getting naseus <- Sp? and dizzy...Ill get a burning in my stomach and feel like Im really hungry, but then it goes away. If I DO eat to get rid of the hunger I end up getting naseus again...My doctor gave me medicine for that and took bloodwork to check if it may be something serious but I havent found out the results and the medicine gives me killer stomach aches. Then today, I felt like I had something really small stuck in my....And it didnt really hurt and I had gas for like 3 minutes..Not even painful gas and then the gas went away , but when I went to the bathroom I only went a little (talking about #2) and it still sorta feels like theres something there. Could it be a hemroid? I mean I doubt it...But Im still scared stupid over it because I researched it and its supposed to be major painful and the doctors exam is an embarrasing and painful prospect...Btw, Im on my period. Could that have anything to do with it?
