Is money Always the Reason Conservatives vote on?

If there is a program that benefits young children or infants like WIC which is for buying formula for babies then why are Conservatives against these types of programs. Liberals are aware that it cost tax payers but are willing to pay their share. Conservatives will say that Liberals do not work, that of course would not be true as study after study shows that they work as hard and as much as do Conservatives. In fact they have more college degrees so they had more of the higher paying jobs which pay more in taxes. I work and I am willing to pay more if it helps. I think the Clinton Tax's were fair and I for one did not need a tax break under Bush. Most wealthy people do not. IS money so important to some they would rather see young children do without. The parents are the responsible ones not the children.
