Pentcostal Holiness Only: Speaking in tongues?

In jerusalem, many languages were spoken. It was kinda in the central of trade across lower Europe and into India and South. Many languages were spoken there. Speaking in tongues was a gift, but there were always people there who knew what the person talking was saying.
