Soar Throat And A KIller Headache?

I have a killer head ache and a soar throat and vomiting..any home remedies that are quick and easy? please i need some serious help bcuz its bothering me alot and also any help 4 the chills??? i visited the doc but no help! tried salt water gargle and tea and all but still need help!! it dosent stay good only 4 a little while and i tried cough drops HEEEELLLLLLPPPPP!!!
