Help please! I have a hickey on my neck, how can I hide it?

I'm a 15 year old chick and my boyfriend gives me hickeys all the time I've never been caught but my mom just got married to my step dad and he already almost caught me 3 times and hes only been living with us for a week. hes super strict and he would kill me if he found out. any ideas? thank you all so much! :)
